
Fulfillment, Payment, and Refund Policy

JuryBall Madrid is a conference that offers in-person events which attendees can register and pay for online.
1. Registration and Access
When you register for an event through JuryBall Madrid, you are responsible for ensuring that your registration information is accurate. JuryBall Madrid provides a platform for attendees to browse, select, and pay for in-person conference events online. You can review event details and pricing without payment. Once you are ready to secure your spot at an event, you will be asked to submit payment.
After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with details about the event and how to access it. For most events, this will include an event pass or ticket that must be presented at the venue.
2. Payment Processing
JuryBall Madrid uses Stripe as our payment processor to securely handle all financial transactions. All payments are processed in Euros (€). We accept major credit and debit cards. Your payment information is never stored on our servers and is securely handled according to Stripe's security protocols and standards.
Upon successful payment, you will receive an email receipt. Please retain this receipt for your records and as proof of purchase.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds may be requested under the following conditions:
- Full refunds are available if requested within 14 days of purchase and at least 30 days before the event date.
- 50% refunds are available if requested between 29 and 15 days before the event date.
- No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the event date.
- If the event is cancelled by JuryBall Madrid, a full refund will be provided to all attendees.
To request a refund, please contact us through our website contact form with your order number and reason for the refund request.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your registration at any time, subject to the refund terms outlined above. If you need to cancel your registration, please contact us through our website with your order details.
JuryBall Madrid reserves the right to cancel events due to low enrollment, presenter illness, venue issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation initiated by JuryBall Madrid, all registered attendees will receive a full refund.
5. Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your registration to another person. To request a transfer, please contact us at least 7 days before the event date with the name and email address of the person who will be attending in your place.
6. Event Changes
JuryBall Madrid reserves the right to make changes to event programs, schedules, and venues if necessary. We will make every effort to notify registered attendees of any significant changes via email. Minor adjustments to schedules or presenters may occur without notice.
